I originally rated 5 stars, but showed up today at 8 am to deposit a check. The lobby doesn't open until 9 and the drive thru had only 1 person working. The drive thru hours are 7:30-6 on weekdays. Arvest used to have 7 am to 7 pm drive thru at every location. These changes aren't convenient for customers
