First of all, I was outsourced to this company from my home warranty company. I live on the second floor of a condo complex and it's CLEARLY stated on my profile. When the repairman called, I even reminded him I'm on the second floor and my unit is on my roof. No problem he said. He arrived and listened to my unit. He determined it was the unit and said he needed to go back to the office to see if they had a long ladder. My next call was from Kimberly at the the Home Warranty company demanding I buy a ladder so this company has access. There's a reason I have a condo!!!! I put this order in three days ago and who knows how long tis' going to be til I get AC. Thank goodness it's not hot out!
