I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been so unpleasant that it has compelled me to do so. My boyfriend received a parking ticket for parking in one of their lots, which we paid promptly, with my debit card. Months later, I received a notice addressed to me, that i owed $300 worth of parking tickets dating back years. They were tickets for my boyfriend's car, but from the person who owned it before him. I called and explained the situation, i believe to someone named Lindsey or Leslie. She was very rude, and I was essentially told there was nothing I could do to resolve it, but after some back and forth she agreed that a copy of the title showing that my boyfriend purchased the car after the tickets were incurred should suffice, so I scanned and emailed it to her. Now, more than 3 months later, I am receiving notices from a collections company. Again, this is a vehicle I do not and never have owned. It's ridiculous, and if one person at American would be willing to listen and help, it would have been over already.
