In 2015 this company changed to a "flat" rate pricing system. When we used this company in 2014 they were reasonably priced, had excellent techs and invoiced on an hourly basis. This charging change was not mentioned to me during my initial phone call or by the technicians who did the work. When I received the invoice I was shocked to see a $909.09 total to replace a 1/5 hp condensing motor, a capacitor and 4 lbs of R22. I actually called her and sincerely asked if she had made a calculating error. It was at this time she informed me of their flat rate change. I believe that the delay of informing me of this change was intentional.
