Advent Heat Air & Plumbing

I had used Advent different times in years past and always seemed reasonable and fair. This past summer I believe they were deceptive with their sales tactic. They told my husband we needed a new air conditioning unit and they could do it the next day for this cheaper price. Long story short they sold us a unit that was not like the one we had and lied about it. Then for over a month we were having trouble with it. I will say they did finally come out and put in other duct for no extra money but the whole situation was not good. I believe the sales guy told my husband the pan was cracked and it actually wasn't cracked. I think he wanted to make the sale. I'm very disappointed and wish I could still trust them. I will not use again.
