All in all, they fixed my windshield on my car, but I wasn't real thrilled with how they did it. I was in the waiting room, and luckaly could see the service taking place. They were banging and shaking my car (in order to get the windshield wipers off?), and instead of using a latter, they used my car to step on. I also am not real impressed with the aftermarket quality of the window - but all in all, they got it fixed.
