If you rent from these people make sure you document everything! They told us the previous tenants were evicted for smoking and neglecting the place and when we moved in it was disgusting and there was cat hair and litter everywhere. We were told to go by supplies and clean it ourselves and they would reimburse us. Then when we moved out Cindy who we had only just met tried to accuse us of causing extreme smoke damage and leaving the place unlivable even though Kevin assured us she knew of all the things that happened there like the black mold we found growing in the walls and major water damage and leaks in the windows. When we told her the place was a wreck when we got there she said that’s not her problem it was Kevin’s and she just knows the way it’s supposed to be?? Who is running this business?? They lost our lease, took weeks to clean out the black mold, and Kevin left a mess every time he came to fix things and we had to clean it up! We thought these were nice people we could trust but they are crooks just like the rest!
